PURO Kraków Stare Miasto

Great Eco-Friendly Stay with Unbeatable Transit Access (Just Mind the Room Size!) We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and have stayed here before, though there are a few things you should know before booking! What we loved: Eco-Friendly Vibe: It’s clear they actually care about sustainability, which is a huge plus. Their green initiatives felt genuine and well-implemented, not just performative. The Location: You cannot beat the convenience. Being located right next to the main train station made getting around incredibly easy and saved us a ton of travel time. The one catch: The Standard Rooms are Tiny: If you book a standard-sized room, be prepared for a very tight squeeze. They can be incredibly small, with just enough space for the bed and your luggage. The Verdict: If you are just looking for a clean, green place to crash and plan on being out exploring all day, this place is perfect. However, if you need space to spread out or are traveling with a lot of bags, we highly recommend upgrading to a larger room category. Overall, a great experience and we'd recommend it!

This hotel was great. I had a wonderful time. The staff was very nice and respectful. They had great service awareness. They were two ladies at the concierge (front desk) that worked in the morning of April 5 2026, they were wonderful and professional. The bartender at night, a gentleman I think his name Oscar or Albert. He’s amazing he worked that weekend from April 3-5.

Receptionist staff was very helpful and very polite and friendly. Superb customer service. I just arrived at the hotel after a 18 hour train ride and they were very accommodating and provided me a room when i arrived earlier than the check in time. Wish i had more time that day, but I will book again and will try their restaurant as it has good reviews too. The room was beautiful, very clean and bed was very comfortable. I had a lovely stay. Thank you to the lovely staff at reception. I felt safe to leave my 2 big checked bags with reception in their safe room after check out and roam the beautiful city before coming back to the hotel to collect them to catch my late flight. SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOTEL. Well Done keep it up to PURO Krakow Stare Miasto. ^_^

Clean and comfortable room. The smart technology was easy to use. I was originally located right outside the elevator but the staff moved me swiftly on request. I also left a personal item behind, and the staff were wonderful in their communication with me to organise courier and shipping. It is also a fantastic location and the restaurant on-site was terrific.
