Posizione eccellente vicino alla stazione e al centro. Aparthotel nuovo ristrutturato in palazzo d’epoca noi abbiamo soggiornato al 2 piano manca ascensore dotato di macchinetta caffè mini frigorifero letti alla francese ma comodi. Di fronte al mercato coperto più antico di Cracovia comunque silenzioso. Nota gradita buona insonorizzazione e in posizione non trafficata presenza di aria condizionata. Self check-in tramite codici con indicazioni via mail dettagliate e deposito bagagli su richiesta direttamente alla struttura. Consigliato e ringrazio i proprietari per l’efficienza e la velocità nelle risposte via messaggio

Io personalmente non ho avuto problemi però forse la stanza un po’ piccola per due letti alla francese e la doccia walk in essendo ridotta l’acqua esce dal piatto doccia tutto facilmente risolvibile

Great location. This apartment hotel is new, clean and comfy. We are lucky to stay on the 1st floor avoiding to go upstairs by foot. The surroundings area are relatively safe.

No replacement of towel and no cleaning during the four days I have been staying here.

The hotel is with a very convenient location, close to the train station, shopping mall, local market, supermarkets, and plenty of places to eat. The room was clean, everything felt brand new, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. Communication was easy, with clear instructions, which was really helpful. Whenever we had a small issue, the response was quick and helpful. There is also luggage storage available if needed, which is very convenient. We were even welcomed with a little gift — such a thoughtful and lovely touch! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

A few small suggestions for improvement: it would be great to have a hand towel and some hand soap in the bathroom. A small stool or chair would also be useful, as well as a proper-sized waste bin in the room (the one in the bathroom is very small). It would also be nice to have clearer information about access to the terrace — we never quite figured out whether or how the door could be opened, while the window is quite high. In the bathroom there was a ventilator but we didn't figure it out how to turn it on. Maybe some general instructions on a leaflet about these issues would be useful.
