Very friendly staff, great location though quite dirty neighborhood, easy to find and move around with public transport, however the hotel badly needs a makeover and renovation to be value for money.

Honestly the worst experience ever, thanks to this hotel and its affiliated company. The nightmare started when we arrived at the hotel and the staff told us we couldn’t check in because of some “maintenance issues going on in our booked room” - never know if it’s a excuse for overbooking - and we had to be transferred to another hotel under their company. When we translocate to the other hotel, they prepared double rooms for us - which was the opposite of our requirements as specified when booking and even at the first check-in. Worse still, the staff was so rude, arrogant and intimidating, with threatening tones and insisting that IT WAS ALL OUR FAULT NOT THEIRS, even though I had no idea why this mattered rather than getting everything fixed and not initiating unnecessary and pointless arguments. This overall experience was traumatizing and please, don’t do this to anyone else again.

Hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to train, tram, shops and eateries. Comfortable bed and good toiletries. Good breakfast.
Staff could be more helpful (asked for a kettle to make some tea, didn’t get any). Had an early flight & needed to leave by 7.15am. Staff could have offered to pack a breakfast bag to go.
Sauna is chargeable at €10/person. This is fine but should have been advertised.
