    Beautiful facility and great location. Walking distance to everything. Only downside was our room had no plug outlet in the bathroom for hairdryer. They rigged up a super long extension cord from bedroom into the bathroom. Worked ok but odd. The staff and rest of the facilities were fantastic!

    In my opinion, this is one of the better MyStory Hotel properties in Lisbon. The room was stylish, thoughtfully designed, and overall very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the breakfast spread each morning — freshly made eggs prepared in different styles and even made-to-order breakfast pizza, which was a fun surprise. Unfortunately, the service side was inconsistent. Housekeeping was quite hit or miss — some days they would refill the water, other days they wouldn’t. Coffee pods might be restocked but without creamers, and the tea selection was often replaced with only one type instead of replenishing properly. Small details, but noticeable over several days. The reception experience was also underwhelming at times. Requests for toiletries or basic items were either forgotten or met with comments about staffing limitations at the front desk. While the hotel itself has a lot going for it aesthetically and location-wise, the overall attentiveness and consistency in service could definitely be improved. I’m honestly unsure whether the level of care, attentiveness, and hospitality consistently reflects what most guests would expect from a 4-star hotel.

    We were checked into a room that was absurdly small! One queen bed 8” from the wall on one side and 10” on the other. A small table in the entry that was just n the way but at l ast gave us enough space to set down a water bottle and small bag. The closet, on the wall with 8” clearance could not be accessed if no one was on that side of the bed, sitting down with the double doors opening 1/2 on either side of your legs (if you’re a small person). It was impossible to leave my bag open anywhere so I had to get what I needed then close it back up and stash it in front of the window where there was a small dormer. The bathroom had a large sink but no counter so I had to put my makeup and toiletry bag IN the sink when I used them then pack everything up and store it on a 4” shelf. My husband and I aren’t large people. We have never ever experienced a room this bad! For what I paid it was totally unacceptable! The location was great but it’s surrounded by other hotels that are of the same caliber. This was our honeymoon, what a disappointment.
