161 Norte Guesthouse

The property is well located. The toilet is not inside the room.

The room was quite simple, featuring only a bed, closet, and an ensuite shower and sink. Given the building’s age, don’t anticipate a modern room, but it did match the charm of old town Lisbon. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were accommodating. The location is fantastic for central Lisbon, with lots of local sights, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The one issue is noise from the street below both late at night and early in the morning, though earplugs resolved that. Overall recommended based on location and price.

Good value for money in the city centre ans very friendly and responsive staff, hence the scores. If was more expensive would not be impressed.

This hotel offers great value for money, with a location that could not be more convenient. We loved the building (character and style), comfy bed, warm shower. The coffee machine helped us get started in the morning, friendly staff. One point for improvement: the light in the toilet goes on a sensor, that gives only two seconds to do your business before you have to do the light dance.
