    Warm and very welcoming stuffs. Super clean and quiet place. My stay was so amazing. I recommend this hostel.

    This hostel does have air conditioning, but we couldn’t find the control, so it seemed like it wasn’t meant to be turned on. Thankfully, the nights were cool enough that opening the window made it comfortable. The room was clean and included a very spacious locker under the bed, which was convenient. The bathroom was also clean, and the location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk to the metro.

    The Hotel location is good, very near to Rossio square, baxia and alfama quarters and good public transport from around the place. The room size is a bit small but it is ok considering the location and the old building. Breakfast is very basic & average. What I dint like is that the hotel does not provide CLOAK room service, which is kind of a must for any hotel posting on international websites. They do not keep your luggage, they have some paid lockers which are super expensive, and if you are travelling with 1 suitcase each you will end up with 3 lockers (2 big and 1 small) as the lockers can at max take 1 suitcase. I saw them returning guests as they did not have enough lockers. They also have an early checkout time at 11:00AM compared to the standard 12:00 PM. Lisbon is the capital and people have every kind of flight/train/bus schedules. Not providing you with such a basic facility as cloak room, ends up with wasting your time, money and you carrying your luggage half way across the city when you are touristing. If the hotel mgmt can change that, I think it is recommendable
