Villa Baixa - Lisbon Luxury Apartments

From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with a warm smile and a delicious Pastel de Nata, which was such a lovely and welcoming touch. Our first impression of the property was fantastic. The space smelled incredibly clean and fresh, and we were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful it was in person. Everything looked just as good as it did in the photos, which is not always the case when traveling. We were warmly welcomed by Andrea, who was incredibly professional, friendly, and informative. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable and taken care of from the very beginning. She even personally walked us to our unit and gave us a tour, explaining everything we needed to know. The room itself was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. We really appreciated the complimentary water, coffee, and tea, which made us feel right at home. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided regularly, making our stay even more comfortable and convenient. It was clear that a lot of attention to detail goes into maintaining the property and creating a pleasant experience for guests. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Not only is the property beautiful, clean, and welcoming, but the people who work there go above and beyond to make you feel like a valued guest. Andrea, Ameen, and Jose were all incredibly helpful and kind. Their recommendations and helpful tips made exploring Lisbon so much easier, and we discovered places and experiences that we may not have found on our own. It’s rare to find a place where the accommodations are wonderful and the hospitality is equally impressive, but this location truly delivers both. We felt welcomed, cared for, and comfortable throughout our entire stay. A huge thank you to Andrea, Ameen, and Jose for making our time in Lisbon so memorable.
