Location , location , location, metro few meters away quite handy to historical spots and cafe shops around the corner. Renowned tram 28 station is within walking distance range. I guess this accommodation is at the centre of everything. If you don’t mind about budget accommodation where to stay I recommend this place rather than more expensive one.
So small room if you have kids with you.

Public parking was right in front but expensive.

Very well placed, closed to everything including the metro station (Rossio).
They do as well cleaning everyday in the room.
The bathroom spent a good life… with mildew already and unfortunately not treated.
As this is in the middle of the city, we experienced as well the noise when people shout outside.

Very spacious. Great location! Had an elevator which was a pleasant surprise for 4th floor
The bathroom shower had a crack in it. After taking a shower the entire room smelt like mold.
