I did not do much research before I made my reservation. But when I arrived at the hotel, I immediately realized that the location was perfect. The staff was amazing. Daniela., Marcus and Luis did everything to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They gave me great recommendations and helped with any guidance that I needed. The room itself was so smartly designed uncomfortable. I could not have chosen a better place to stay in Lisbon. Highly recommended.

Clean hotel, excellent location in the heart of Rossio square 2 mins walk from train station. Friendly staff. Air Conditioning was excellent.
Only issue is rooms are tiny.

When we arrived we had to drag our bags around the block because the restaurant is out front with the same name but looks like the hotel entrance. We requested a larger bed but when we arrived we were told they had none available so we got two twins that were way too soft. The room was extremely tiny that you had nowhere to put your luggage that wasn’t in the way. The shower is so small that the shower curtain just sticks to you as you’re trying to shower. The toilet is wide but not deep, so you need to decide if you’re going 1 or 2, but it won’t be both at the same time. The sink so tiny you aren’t putting anything besides a toothbrush.
Thankfully this was our last night and we were only staying 1 night. I’d say this is more of an 8.0 for a 3 star hotel.
