    This hotel is a GEM located in Lisbon. The only negative is the street behind it where you enter, but other than that....it is in a perfect location, clean and the staff if wonderful! No issues and no problems!

    When we arrived we had to drag our bags around the block because the restaurant is out front with the same name but looks like the hotel entrance. We requested a larger bed but when we arrived we were told they had none available so we got two twins that were way too soft. The room was extremely tiny that you had nowhere to put your luggage that wasn’t in the way. The shower is so small that the shower curtain just sticks to you as you’re trying to shower. The toilet is wide but not deep, so you need to decide if you’re going 1 or 2, but it won’t be both at the same time. The sink so tiny you aren’t putting anything besides a toothbrush. Thankfully this was our last night and we were only staying 1 night. I’d say this is more of an 8.0 for a 3 star hotel.
