    Staff was very nice but . He couldn’t carry work load by himself. Hotel needs to hire more staff. We and other guests took very long time waiting for check in . Because there are two buildings.

    My family and I truly loved our stay at this serviced apartment. The receptionist, Luisa, was incredibly kind and accommodating. She went above and beyond to share the best places to eat, what to see, and things to do in the area — all with such patience and passion for her work. The cleanliness was outstanding (10/10), with everything tidied to perfection every single day — very impressive. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of the city, making everything easily accessible on foot. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

    Location was fantastic very close walking distance to the heart of Isbon. Luis was awesome very friendly and great to deal with!! Only issue was getting luggage up stairs to get to lift which is extremely slow .. overall stay was great!!

    Beautiful, well appointed apartment near metro, restaurants and shops. We loved the liveliness of the neighborhood near the Santa Justa lift and the grocery store was within walking distance for in house meals.
