    We stayed three nights here and found it perfect for seeing the tourist sights and getting to the metro. Good spread for breakfast and the air con and double glazing of the windows kept the street noise out. Lots of tourist eating places in the nearby streets but do be careful and check your bill as one just around the corner of the hotel tried to hide a 14% gratuity into ours by presenting an inflated total.

    I don’t recommend this hotel. Some pros / cons for you to decide: Pros: (1) close to Rossio plaza, pretty convenient location for some local tour pick up (2) comfy bed and pillow (3) great water pressure Cons: (1) The room is not sound proof, my room is on the 2nd floor which is next to the breakfast area, I am waken up everyday morning around 6:45 when the staff started to prepare for breakfast, I could hear they putting glass bottles onto tables, opening and closing the cupboards, literally listening to the whole preparation process. For people sensitive to sound, I really recommend to go for higher floors or skip this hotel. (2) there is water leakage under the sink in the bath room so stuff put there are wet, we use towels to soak (3) TV is small but could not connect to iPhone conveniently, looks like need to install some apps, which is rather inconvenient (3) Room size is small while bathroom is big, a little bit weird in terms of proportion, but this is minor (my room type is standard double)
