I stayed in the “Limão” suite. The check-in instructions were very clear, and the room was very clean, though not particularly cozy. Unfortunately, the building is quite noisy — the tram runs all night, and even on the 4th floor, it feels like it’s passing right through the room. The bed was comfortable enough, but the pillows were terrible, and the covers were too thin for October.
I also paid for breakfast but never went because it wasn’t clear that it’s served at an external café with very limited hours (8–9 a.m.). The hotel should be upfront about this when booking. Sadly, I didn’t sleep at all due to the constant noise and could even hear other guests entering their units. Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
