Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of food and they had gluten and dairy free options for me. Grabbed a gondola ride right outside the hotel. Not too far to walk to St Mark's, etc.

Take the water bus to S.Toma and then go straight down the path first left and then right and you will find the hotel sitting at the side of the canal. The sign isn’t too obvious but once inside the entrance is beautiful.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. We were in room 111 which is on the first floor and through an imposing room with mirrors and a fantastic table with fancy chairs. The outlook from the room is a brick wall but the room is very impressive with a chandelier over the bed(stunning) only complaint would be that the room was quite hot (we went in April) but opening the window helped to cool it down.
Breakfast was freshly made daily with lots to choose from like toast, bacon, eggs, croissants, ham, cheese, yoghurts and fruit. Something for everyone to enjoy and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
Overall a wonderful stay and will definitely be going back. Thank you!
