Hotel was great - room could use a little refresh, but nothing drastic. Would have liked screens in the windows, due to the warm weather, we had them open and a lot of bugs came into the room. The food at the restaurant is very good and the staff is very polite. With your stay, you receive free entry into Giants Causeway, which I did not see anywhere when booking thru the Hotels.com site (apparently it’s stated in your email confirmation when you book direct).

We had a really lovely stay. The location is idyllic, and it was amazing to be able to enjoy the Giant’s Causeway in both the evening and morning. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so kind about making off-menu requests for the kids. Everyone was super friendly, and our room was spacious with a beautiful terrace and stunning views.

This is a very convenient place to stay for visiting giants causeway. I love that we can park easily, which is included in the price, because it was so crowded on the day we went. They were confused about my 2 rooms that I booked together, and even though I had requested to be next to my kids, we were separated by a few rooms. No worries, they are 10-15, but it was inconvenient for packing and unpacking purposes to travel down the hallway. The views are gorgeous although you will see visitors posing outside of your room so you kinda have to keep the curtains closed until about 6 when the tour buses leave and the visitor center closes. The food was acceptable, just keep expectations at the right level. It’s not gross it’s just nothing really good, steak sandwich was stringy, chicken was dry. My husband said the service at dinner was not good. I was too busy laughing with the kids to notice though. I thought it was fine. Breakfast was great. The mirror in one of our bathrooms was leaning sideways like it had fallen and been caught by the wall; so I reported it upon check in and they fixed it immediately. There are no lifts, as the hotel is historical, but they offer to help with bags which is very kind. I was too tired at night to check out the bar with live music. I wish I had been able to because I’m sure it was very lovely! And you cannot hear it from the rooms (at least ours were quiet), so I slept peacefully.

The obvious point about this hotel is that it is right on the Causeway with fabulous views and so you can easily see the causeway at lots of different times of day. It has a big car park right next to the visitor center and you get a free pass to the center as part of your visit. The staff are absolutely lovely and breakfast is plentiful, varied and delicious. The rooms are a dated and the walls thin but the beds are comfortable and the place is generally clean. You cannot beat the location.

This is the best hotel to stay at if you are visiting Giants Causeway. I went on evening and early morning walks to the stones and had the entire place to myself. Parking & breakfast was included with our stay, as well as entrance to the visitor centre. The free guided walk was informative & fun. The staff was friendly & attentive.

What an excellent property. Everything is just spot on! Excellent customer service throughout, cordial welcome and very efficient with no long waiting time to check-in, beautiful room, quiet, spotlessly clean, dinner and breakfast - we couldn't fault it. And the bonus of course is the location. I walked down to the causeway for the sunset. Spectacular! Thank you for your hospitality, we only wished that we could have stayed longer.

We had a great 2 night stay at this hotel. Fantastic location for this part of Northern Ireland and to access the Giants Causeway. The room was very comfortable in every respect, the breakfasts and suppers were all excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again
