Overall a very nice place to stay

Great location and good sized rooms. The staff are all friendly and helpful and it's great that it's dog friendly. It's very reasonably priced for drink and food and the food was excellent. Overall it's a great place to stay and very good value for money.

The only point I would make is that dinner was very slow. The room we stayed in would need updating but this is ongoing I believe and for the price can't complain.

Very disappointed as it was for my husband's birthday!

Didn't get a chance to have breakfast as we had to leave at 3am because of the noise of slamming doors and dogs running in and out at that time of the morning. It was not a stormy night, just a lot of rain.

Very disappointing.

Good breakfast served by helpful and attentive staff.

Our stay was ruined however by bistro food and staff. Had to change tables as everything stuck to the surface which staff blamed on cleaning products they used Food took 30 minutes to arrive. Staff became angry and aggressive when I questioned the poor quality /quantity. As I had to return the meal it was necessary to order something to be delivered at further expense. The receptionist was kind enough to supply a free drink for my partner and I and assured me the owner would be in touch to apologise personally, which of course didn’t happen. Overall I would not recommend staying here.

The location is good and they’ve Inn is very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Downstairs reception and breakfast area has been updated which was nice to see.

Exceeded expectations for a late last minute booking.

Exterior hides a very calm comfortable interior with very pleasant staff. The receptionist gave us the most pleasing welcome of any check in we have had. Let us know how long they were on duty and to call with any questions. Booked dinner and knew times for breakfast.

Car park lack lustre did not give a welcoming impression. Did not seem as tidy as the interior of the hotel.

Breakfast was ok ,I'm not a lover of a fry early in the morning so i had a yogurt and sweet bread.

Great value and location

The location was perfect, just a half hour walk to centre of town and the coastal walk is literally across the road which runs from Portrush to Portstewart. The staff were nice and friendly and the decor was fresh and modern and the room was big and bed comfy.

The stay was perfect. Friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfast was lovely. And the dinner in the evening ? Wow. Genuinely the best food ive ever had. The staff were so good as well helping us with our son who has ASD. A perfect place to stay and we'll be back next year.

Extraordinary

I had booked the hotel for a night away with my now fiancé, we had gotten engaged, it was a beautiful day. I had communicated with staff via booking.com my plans they were fully on board; they had helped make the special occasion unforgettable. I had originally queried with them about a beautiful bouquet of flowers, but managed to do this independently; the staff allowed the flowers to be delivered to the hotel and they had put them in our hotel room ready for arrival. Additionally, they had decorated the room with balloons and left a card congratulating us on our engagement, and even went as far as to leave us chocolate and prosecco which we thoroughly enjoyed and really appreciated. I couldn't thank the staff enough for the extraordinary night. It was unforgettable and beautiful.

An additional pool table in the bar area would have been nice haha, but otherwise a perfect stay.
