    Everyone we met was lovely and our rooms were very comfortable. The only issue was that I had no hot water in my shower. When I went down for breakfast I reported it and the receptionist asked for my room number. I replied that it was too late for me to wait for a repair, but she said it was so that it could be repaired for the next person. It didnt seem to occur to her to empathise with or apologise to me for not being able to wash.

    This hotel needs major renovations carpets disgusting so badly stained need to wear shoes at all times. Bathroom needs major refit also. Breakfast was plentiful and hot sorry to say we won’t be back!!
