Overall solid hotel. However terrible smell in the stairways and dirty floors.
Once you are in the room it is fine, but the first experience after check in is bad.

Beautiful setting - right on shore front. Busy hotel - alot of coming and going. Exceptionally clean. Room facilities acceptable but very clean. View from our room not great (roof) but we were not there for the view. Very dog friendly. Hasslefree check in and out. Meal in restaurant fantastic 😋 . All in all will definitely be going back.

I made the mistake of not looking closely enough at the Beach House's description -- it's a separate building, rear-facing (parking lot), and fairly institutional. It was also in no way sound-proofed (I could hear my neighbors perfectly), but my bed was comfortable and the location couldn't be better. All told, it was a hugely utilitarian choice, but I'd stay in the main hotel next time!
