We loved it.

We loved everything about The Glass Island. The property is immaculate and the hosts have thought of everything. A lot of work and good taste has gone into making this a lovely place to stay. The breakfast was excellent. We were offered a delicious starter of overnight oats with berries and yoghurt followed by a beautifully presented and perfectly cooked breakfast. We will definitely return.

We were given a lovely warm welcome by Sharon. Sharon gave us all of the information we needed for a comfortable stay and also.advised about the local area and where to watch the football! Super clean room, lovely bed and shower. Ideal location to explore the Antrim coast.

Fabulous B&B in Ballycastle

The host, Sharon, was delightful. And she prepares a killer breakfast! Everything one could hope for in a B&B was provided. The room and entire house were immaculately clean and fresh. The room was very spacious. The shower had great water pressure and temperature control. The bed was very comfortable. Free on-site parking was also provided. I could go on and on. Just lovely in every way. Plus it's just a few minutes walk to the ferry and to downtown. Definitely highly recommend this wonderful place!

Absolutely superb

Beautiful room, with loads of space, a decent-sized wardrobe (which makes such a nice change) and a huge bathroom. Really nice hosts, friendly and welcoming, and a choice of vegetarian breakfasts - very unusual - which were completely delicious.

I do like a rug when I get out of bed, although I understand why this might not suite the style.

Lovely B&B

It was lovely. From the photos, I clearly didn’t assess them very much as I had not realised it would be on a street, in the midst of other houses. Lovely reception from the Padraig, literally opened the door just as we parked and welcomed us. The entrance/hallway was lovely, clean, contemporary. Then we were ushered into the dining area/ lounge. We were immediately impressed - modern, contemporary, warm and inviting. It’s beautifully furnished and decorated. Sharron explained everything then took us to our room. Lovely room and bathroom, has everything you need. Sharron was kind enough to tell us about what’s happening in the local area. Very helpful. Really like the contemporary design of this B&B and really lovely hosts. Also the breakfast was sublime. Freshly cooked, everything tasted so good and the presentation was lovely too.

Nothing really. I should perhaps have requested a downstairs room, if I had thought about it. My husband is not a fan of stairs, but that’s not a criticism more a preference.
