The staff and the restaurant
My first room was a disabled room which I didn’t need and the tv didn’t work

Room was clean and comfortable
2 phone calls about overbooking the day before and the day of my stay, added stress which did not seem to be necessary considering the car park was nearly empty the whole time we were there and there were not many people around at all.
1st to try to get us to move hotels to another town, the second about different rooms
Ruined the trip completely
