Conveniently located close to the centre and the parking (if driving). Our room had also a kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Only cons is that there is no elevator (our room was at second floor). It was not a problem for us but very important for people with walking difficulties. Highly recommended.

We stayed in San Gimignano for a week and this was a perfect place to stay in. We shared kitchen, lounge and a small balcony with other guests and that was perfect. We loved our room, so beautiful decorated. Every morning the church bells woke us up at 6.30 am. 😊

The host is amazing and very easy to talk with. She made sure everything was perfect. You should know this place is on top floor so there are 2-3 flights of stairs. It is worth it. Food and shopping near by. She is available anytime for questions. We stayed 3 nights and we would return! Thank you so much for such a great stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay here.Tge host Simona is excellent.Very friendly welcome and lots of good advice about buses etc.The property is very well situated for the town amenities.We had an apartment with its own kitchen,fridge etc for drinks and breakfast food which was very useful.

From start to finish, she showed us main attraction, she had coffee pods ready for our mornings, she answered WhatsApps right away. The Palazzo Mari was an Oasis away from the hustle and bustle of San Gimignano, tow minutes walk from the centre and yet very quiet. Simona was always available if you required any assistance. I would recommend the Palazzo Mari to anybody. Only negatives if your not to fit, is the walk from the car park and the stairs to accomodation
