La posizione comoda in centro ma soprattutto l' accuratezza e il buon gusto che si intuisce dall'arredamento e nei dettagli , sembra di ritornare indietro nel tempo sentendosi privilegiati e in sintonia con il borgo medievale.
La gentilezza dei proprietari non è da meno per questo ringraziamo di cuore e consigliamo vivamente a chi volesse fermarsi un pò a San Gimignano per gustare la tranquillità del borgo alla mattina e alla sera con la gente locale e qualche turista.

A lively, well-kept property with clean, spacious rooms in a quiet location. Very enjoyable stay!
The property has a lot of charm, and I really appreciated the character that comes with staying in an older property. The bathroom itself was very clean, well-maintained,
That said, the bath/shower area had quite a low ceiling (around 1.66 m), which made it a bit uncomfortable to use—especially for taller guests. The handheld shower setup was also slightly complicated and not the most practical.
Of course, I understand that these aspects are likely due to the historic nature of the building, and they may be difficult to change. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay, but it’s something future guests might want to be aware of.my room was S. Lorenzo maybe other rooms have different outlook.

Solo a nivel informativo, no hay ascensor, creo que ya lo avisan. Son 4 escaleras.

The location is perfect. The building is beautiful.
There is just a fan in the room, no airconditioning and no mosquito net for the windows. This means you have to choose between being cooked alive in the heat or being eaten alive by mosquitos if you want the windows open. The light in the bathroom was broken and flickering, the shower head was also broken and didn’t attach properly to the wall. They also gave us only half a roll of toilet paper which obviously wasn’t enough for 2 people. The location is lovely, the building beautiful and the check in process was easy.
