    we've stayed here twice with our toddler. the room is great for families with young children. location is convenient if you like to walk and enjoy the laid back lifestyle. staff are frienly and very helpful.

    We happened to book this location not knowing about the Gion Matsuri. The location was great. Close enough to the main streets but far enough so that it is quiet at night. The staff are friendly and fluent in English. We did luggage forwarding and the staff helped with that. The only complaint from us is that this location does not have an ice machine. Simple to fix though - we bought ice from the nearby Family Mart every few days.

    It was ok - the blankets smelled like pee sooooo bad . We didn’t use them . Office wasn already closed so we couldn’t complain
