    Mimaru was the perfect solution for our week long stay in Kyoto. Very central to multiple places to visit including Nishiki Market, Nijo castle, grocery stores and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable rooms perfect for a family of four. The star is super nice and willing to help in any way they can to ensure you have a wonderful stay.

    The rooms are spacious and comes with washer which is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. They wrote us an individual note before we checked out. We would like to express our gratitude to Yuki, who helped us to arrange our luggages to be delivered to another hotel in Osaka within a short notice. Will definitely go back to this hotel again

    Place is clean and very well located - walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, market. Staff were exceptional- polite, responsive and very friendly. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to all visiting Kyoto. Have given 4 stars for facilities since the property does not have a gym or pool, important to me but not critical. There is an Anytime fitness and a Gold’s gym less than 5 mins away

    The amenities were exceptional including shaved ice bowls for the kids, Beer, wine, and Sake for the adults. Traditional Japanese rooms brought the historical feel we were looking for on our first family visit to Kyoto!
