    The online customer service is so good. They're responsive and even though they can't satisfy my requests, they still try to do something to make my problem go away so kudos to the customer service personnel who had been dealing with me on wechat during my stay. I slept on the tatami with my hubs for five nights and we got bad backs all 5 days. The cottons in the pillows are clumped and so totally not worthy for what I paid for. The beds are fine, just the tatami mattress is a big no no. It's near to all the convenient store, an upscale hypermarket is nearby, coin paking Is like 1700yen max per day. There lots of restaurants nearby. The location is totally spot on but the tatami mattress omg, I've never slept in such bad mattresses ever.

    Great location and facilities. Was very close to public transit. The apartment is very close to museums and activities so we found ourselves walking everywhere. Loved having the in-unit laundry and A/C as we stayed in the middle of summer and the ability to wash our clothes and cool off was paramount.
