Property was easy to get to by train. Hazel was a great hostess. She made sure I was comfortable during my stay and was very knowledgeable about the area.

Hazel is a wonderful host. She’s so helpful and caring and she makes a fantastic English breakfast. We enjoyed our breakfast conversations and learning about the unique and diverse area that she lives in. If you want an authentic London experience, look no further.

Our host was beyond incredible. She made our stay one of our favourite parts about our trip! This is the most genuine English B&B experience you have ever wanted. I cannot recommend anything higher than this. It is cute, quiet, comfortable, and accommodating here with easy access to Forest Gate. You won't forget your stay here, that is for sure.

The host was very warm and welcoming, the location was easy to get to by train and the freshly prepared breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended!
