Staff very friendly and supportive even with self check in , which I actually prefer and it was easy to do.
Location is also really good and quiet and I always found parking for the times I needed just in front of building.
A Tv in the room would be nice. Most people have their own Netflix or prime accounts just need a device that supports that.

The property is kept clean, the staff is lovely and helpful if you ever have questions or need help. It is right by the train station that takes you to central London and very close to a shopping centre that has most things you may need.
I was on the top floor, my window blinds didn’t close so I was waken up by sunrise everyday even on days I didn’t intend waking up early. The rain in the window makes noise but there is also some noise outside at night that distracts from sleeping. The water temperature in the morning takes long to get hot and once it is hot, there is only two settings, freezing cold or blazing hot, no in between.
