Jazon is a SUPER NICE GUY (deliberate capitals) who goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Extremely comfy bed in a surprisingly quiet street, particularly given that it’s only a stone’s throw from the centre of a busy and vibrant corner of London. Walthamstow Central Underground (Victoria Line) is a 5/6 minute walk away.

This is so minor that I feel embarrassed to mention it, but Jazon forgot to leave a cup and spoon along with the kettle in my room; though in all honesty I didn’t bother to ask him, I know that he would have provided both in a flash if I’d taken the trouble to ask! !

Location was great. The bed and sheets were very nice. The house was clean, and the host really attentive.

It is priced to have a private bathroom but it does not. The host said he was sorry and that booking.com wouldn't let him change the description. We paid extra to have a private bathroom, otherwise we would have chosen another place. I think the host should inform the people beforehand and not when they arrive to the house. There isn't a kitchen as other comments said, but a fridge and a kettle. The last night and the morning after we had to have showers with cold water, as the hot wasn't working. We were there during the heat wave and it wasn't great, no fan and not very fresh.
