The owner was excellent and very helpful, resolving any issues quickly and efficiently. We really appreciated the flexibility to come and go at any time. The rooms were warm and comfortable, with adjustable heating. There were useful facilities available, including dishes, a fridge, a kettle, and a microwave. Clean towels and bed linen were provided, which made our stay very comfortable. Shops were close by, with metro and bus connections nearby as well.

it was perfect location for the concert i was going to, easy to get to. It was a nice room, comfy bed, and i had a good night's sleep there. The staff were friendly and helpful

Good location, close to tube station, great for getting to the O2.
Easy check in and check out.

Clean bed.
Cleanliness of bathroom especially could’ve been better, lots of what seemed to be dried blood on the underside of the sink. Toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly. Confused by the washing up liquid which just seemed to be filled with water.
Can be noisy, heard multiple utility noises throughout the night.
Windows don’t shut properly so you can hear lots of planes overhead in the morning.
