Comfy bed
Front door to the house was broken. So didn’t close.
But my room door locked. So not a problem.

Had what it said on the listing. Clean bed, Which is the main thing. Access to a TV and a Kettle, fan & Bathroom. Kitchen to share (did not need it).
The room opposite me was very loud all night up until early hours of the morning and i had a child with me. It is i suppose expected but i believe there is a quiet period rule for all guests.

I've stayed at Forest Residence a few times now. Elizabeth Line at Forest Gate and Underground at Wanstead Park just 2mins walk. Shops just across the road.

Suited my needs for work - big room and everything I needed. basic but good
The shower was a bit rubbish, and there were some very noisy guests; however, the team were really responsive and sorted things out quickly - good communication
