Exceedingly accommodating staff. I flew in from Toronto and Giorgia at check-in kindly arranged for me to have my room ahead of schedule, which made a huge difference after traveling. The team was incredibly prompt with delivering towels, water, and anything else I needed. I truly appreciated the hospitality and loved my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably clean. Highly recommended.

From start to end a pleasure. The gentleman at the lobby bar amazing, the recepetion team amazimg, Room service fantastic especially after being back at 2am hungry from the football match
