Clean, modern and spacious room with a huge breakfast spread. The hotel is a short 5-19 min walk to Milano Centrale, yet it’s on a quiet street. Would recommend to those who need to be based near the main central station for day trips out to other cities.

Extremely disappointing and uncomfortable stay. The room was filled with a strong chemical smell that was so pungent it made us feel physically unwell. We immediately reported it to the staff, and they kindly moved us to another room — but unbelievably, the exact same intense chemical odor was present there too. It was completely unbearable, so we had no choice but to check out the same night around 10 PM and find another hotel on short notice. Because of the last-minute change, we ended up paying significantly more for the replacement accommodation. To make matters worse, INNSiDE only agreed to refund one night ( we had booked two nights), so our total lodging expense basically doubled. The entire trip experience was ruined because of this issue. I strongly suggest the hotel urgently investigate and resolve whatever is causing this persistent chemical smell — otherwise, it’s really a pity because the location and facilities seem promising. Unfortunately, this was such a miserable experience that we will never stay here again.

My stay didn’t include breakfast. I checked with reception the first day he told me the price would be 20euro per person. However, the day I checked out the reception lady wanted to charge me 78euro in total as city tax total 28euro. I asked why my teenager need to pay that so then she adjusted to 61euro. I was rush to the airport so I didn’t ask more. I found they either didn’t tell me the whole breakfast price in the beginning (maybe breakfast need other charges I didn’t catch the detail) or they overcharged me city tax for 3 nights ( I stayed 2 nights only). This is not a pleasant experience and I don’t think I will recommend people to stay here.
