Staff were incredibly professional and responsive. The room was only a 2 minute walk to the beach and was very clean. For meals, we frequently had Manoj as our server, who was very attentive and knowledgeable.
The pool has a very unique jungle theme, and is quite large. Benches around the pool are often taken during busy season.
Highly recommend this resort!

Great family location however feels somewhat dated and not as impeccably maintained (especially common areas/restaurants) as the price point would suggest.

Amazing hotel with the best service and very friendly staff.
We enjoyed our stay a lot!
The room, restaurant, bar, gym, pool and beach were all very beautiful and comfortable areas. And the jungle was a fantastic surrounding.
The food and drinks were very, very good!
We highly recommend Uga Jungle Beach and hope I come back.
