The staff, rooms and property were above our expectations. Francesca provided a ride to the property and on our day of departure to the Rome airport (for a fee). The room was spacious, clean, provided everything we could want and was so welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful

What an excellent stay and experience we had at Podere Sette Piagge!! The service provided and quality of the property very clearly exceeded our expectations. Our guest room was clean, spacious and well decorated. Owner Francesca was very focused on servicing our requests. She also very effectively arranged our transportation requests. The daily buffet breakfast was excellent - superb pastries, fresh fruits and plenty of other assorted items in a very comfortable patio setting. Just over the top in all aspects of our stay. Very highly recommend this property.

The property is gorgeous, a cute, cozy, quiet place to relax after our busy stay in the city. It is in the center of the town. They have a cute path to the top of the hill. The breakfast selection included pastries, yogurt, and fruits from their garden. They offer and make delicious coffee! We wish we had more time to stay!
