Convenient location, close to most Xmas markets . Place was kept clean n tidy with basic needs. Check in/out are all ‘self-service’. Way to Laundry room would like the lights stay on longer a bit. Overall, it offer value for money.

The apartment itself is ideally located by the train station, in a lively but safe area, it is sizable and well thought out. In many ways perfect. It was however a struggle checking in seeing that we arrived at 19:00 and no one had sent us any information ahead of time of the procedure (the online receptionist we called was nevertheless very helpful and got us in). The very next day the cleaning lady arrived at 10 and told us that we need to check out, even though the check out was set for 11:00.

Good value for money. A good hotel apartment in the center of Frankfurt. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. WiFi worked well.

The best aspect of this serviced apartment is its proximity to Frankfurt Central Station (Frankfurt Hbf), as it is within a 10-minute walking distance. However, I found it strange that there was nobody at the reception, as everything is self-service. Before check-in, you receive an email including a PIN that allows you to enter the building. As it was very hot outside, I expected to find someone at the reception upon arrival. However, there was no staff on site, and the apartment building did not have air conditioning. As a result, I had to stand in the lobby and operate the self-check-in machine to complete the check-in process. The room appeared smaller than the size advertised on Agoda. In addition, the ventilation system was not very effective, and the room did not feel cool enough despite having a fan. Furthermore, as this is a serviced apartment, no housekeeping service is provided during the stay. Since I cooked in the apartment, I generated quite a lot of rubbish, but the rubbish bin was rather small and filled up quickly. Lastly, the laundry room in the basement and the elevator felt somewhat unsettling because I almost never saw any other guests during my stay. At times, the atmosphere reminded me of a scene from a horror movie. Overall, the apartment's excellent location near Frankfurt Hbf is a major advantage, but the lack of on-site staff, limited ventilation, and absence of housekeeping may not suit every traveller, inclduing me.
