I stayed at Boutique Kaiser on July 31 for one night, and it was a terrible experience.
The air conditioning was basically useless. It was a warm day, but the room never cooled down, and I woke up multiple times during the night sweating. If you advertise air conditioning, it should actually work. This didn’t.
The bigger issue was cleanliness. When we came back to the room after check-in, there was hair all over both beds—especially around the pillows—and even on the sheets. It honestly made me question whether the bedding had even been changed. On top of that, one of the towels had a clearly dirty stain on it.
Reception was a mess. The first woman I spoke to literally said she doesn’t even work there and works at a different hotel across the street. She also told me housekeeping had already left at around 5 PM, so nothing could be cleaned, and asked me to come back later.
When I came back around 11 PM, I was told the hotel was fully booked, no rooms available, no housekeeping, nothing. The “solution” I was given? 20 mins later I was handed some bedding and told to change it myself. For a hotel stay. And even that wasn’t done properly—they gave me an incomplete set: one sheet, one blanket cover, and no pillowcases at all because they “couldn’t find them.”
No real apology, no effort to fix anything, just complete indifference.
Considering this place is only slightly cheaper than nearby 4–5 star hotels, this is honestly ridiculous. I stayed here before and it was fine, but this time it was just bad on every level.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable, the washroom had no tissues even after house keeping. The washroom sink was blocked
