Modern and comfortable, just not the best sleep due to the curtains

Modern, spacious good height under the ceiling.

No blackout curtains the ones in the room are too small, the ac when turned on can be quite loud.

disappointing stay at a hotel i've previously enjoyed.

on previous visits, i really liked the rooms.

this time my room was below expectations. it was less appealing than during previous stays. the curtains don't keep out light at the sides. i felt the receptionist was unprofessional

The accommodation was great but the restaurant should be avoided.

The room was excellent and the reception staff brilliant in all respects. They couldn’t be faulted.

The associated restaurant is over priced and the manager rude and condescending when we attended for dinner. He made a fuss when we asked for tap water saying they had nothing to serve it in at the table (clearly he had not heard of a jug?). We declined to pay for champagne and were then left for 5 minutes without menus or wine list and so we left. Appalling treatment. The location was very handy for the station, but leaving the hotel at night did not feel that safe if exiting to the left onto the pedestrian area around a disused fountain next to the hotel. By the morning this area was littered with rubbish left overnight by those who congregated / slept there overnight.

Centrally located

The location of the hotel was about 200 meters to the beginning of the Christmas Market which we were there to enjoy.

The refrigerator in the room created a loud humming noise the entire day and night.

Wonderful experience, beautifully appointed rooms endless hot and I do mean HOT water.

The location was excellent, the amenities are amazing. The building is beautiful and a quick walk to the Alt Stadt

if you are coming from Frankfurt HbF you will walk surely through the red light district which is shadey but does not take away from the experience

Luxurious, beautiful design, and great staff

Very beautiful small hotel, luxurious and really great design. The staff was great. I especially enjoyed the free drinks, finger food, and desserts at the reception every day I came back to the hotel, tired after a day's work.

There's nothing I actually didn't like. I guess the room could have been larger and a little cheaper, and maybe the breakfast and the room service menu could have more options. But really, everything was great, probably one of the best places I've ever stayed for business.

It's simply beautiful

Not really anything I didn't like. Personally I would have preferred the bar to be a reflection of the hotel. It seems that the bar suffers from being too popular. Pre mixed drinks are served to a crowd that at first sight would not enjoy the thick carpet atmosphere of the hotel. Well this is highly subjective so please make up your own opinion

I did not enjoy our trip because the hotel was not to my liking.

Very overpriced room. No expected amenities such as a TV that speaks English or can cast from my iPhone. Stuck in the garden suite area, which is rated as premier excellent suite, but the view from the window where of the trash cans.

Lovely designer hotel stay near Frankfurt railway station.

The room was spacious and well designed and decorated. The bathroom was huge! My adult son and I were given adjacent rooms which was appreciated. The breakfast was excellent. Taxi service to the airport from the hotel was fast.

The room was very small & the bed was too small for two adults. I would have expected a queen size bed for the price we paid. A double just wasn’t big enough. Didn’t sleep very well.

Loved the property. Close to HB in Frankfurt,close to metro,all you want.

It’s not hotel’s fault,but the area around the train station is not the most beautiful. Often see homeless people and druggies,soon you turn a corner to the hotel it already looks better.

Charming hotel in practical location

Charming hotel surrounded by skyscrapers and less attractive streets. Location is great, a short walk from the train station and another short walk to the city center and other attractions such as the great Städler Museum. Particularly convenient for the opera. Great service and staff, lovely decoration, permanent complementary lemon water, cookies, coffee and other goodies at reception and in the living room. Room was small but cozy, comfortable and elegant. The was an ironing board and hairdryer in the room.

Small things: the coffee machine did not work. I would welcome a hold for the handshower so you can use it instead of the Italian shower when you do not want to het your hair wet. For some reason I had no wi-fi at all (not even mobile data) although I was connected to the hotel's wifi.
