Would have liked two luggage racks. Most couples travel with two suitcases.

Good choice to stay in Frankfurt

The location was great, close to the main station. The room was very spacious and convenient. Breakfast was also good.

Not sure if it was from the previous guest or cleaning staff, but it was unpleasant to find the toilet was not flushed. Hope it was only my case.

Short break, not worth the price.

The apartment was big and there was on site underground parking. Location was perfect.

Limited plug sockets in all rooms. Dirty cutlery in the kitchen drawer. Dishwasher had old food in the bottom, so it smelled as soon as you opened the door. I moved the bedside table to find a plug socket and my hand was covered in sticky dirt. So rooms not very clean. No signage to the exit of the carpark so drove back and forth twice to find the exit. Staff at reception not very helpful even when we asked questions about exiting the car park.

Family stay in frankfurt

The room size and bathroom was great for 2 adults and 2 children. Free water on arrival and great views

We were contacted before arriving that the swimming pool was not working. This was the main reason for booking this hotel. We tried to cancel but this was rejected with no consideration for lacking of facilities advertised. We raised this via this app and directly to hotel. Limited acknowledgement for the breach of contract. We appreciate that things can go wrong, but to not allow us the choice if we still wanted to stay was unfair. Staff onsite whilst acknowledging this had limited mechanisms at their disposal to compensate which was disappointing

Miscommunication about price

The apartment, the silence at night, location near station

The pool and sauna were not working and nothing was taken off the room price despite that Also, at check in the staff mistakenly told us that breakfast was included. We forgot our reservation, but as a consequence we did not do for breakfast. In the morning we went down to breakfast to then discover that it was not included in our rate and it was 25 (!) Euros per person. As we had to leave in a hurry we were left with no choice than paying the 50 euros. And the staff was not gracious at all about it. Also, breakfast is not worth 50 euros, just grab something at the station Also, the room was not cleaned during our stay of 2 nights Spoons missing in the kitchen, and only 1 bowl

Pleasant hotel - however pool and sauna facilities falsely advertised

Good hotel in a good area. Breakfast was varied and good quality. We ended up on the 12th floor with a 'city view' and the skyline at night is nice. However, I had to bargain quite hard to get a view ...only was offered it after I pointed out that the pool & sauna were not available as advertised. The person at reception kept wanting to upgrade us for a significant fee not as a complimentary upgrade.

The pool and sauna were closed for renovations for weeks however no one let us know when we booked the hotel or when they confirmed. We booked this hotel specifically for these facilities (looked amazing on their website and booking.com) as we were coming off a 24 hour flight from Australia. When I pointed this out, I was told they are already offering a complementary breakfast- not correct, in our room rate we paid extra for breakfast, then they offered to upgrade us to a higher floor to get a view. Later on I realised I should have negotiated on the breakfast as it was advertised as 25 Euros each, so a 50 Euro discount possibly.

Rooms are big, kitchenette and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was also amazing

Pillows were way too soft and uncomfortable though. Also the exit from the garage is too tight causing kerbing of the rear wheel

Location is great! Staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are perfect - comfortable, spacious, clean and they have everything you need for self-catering should you wish. Breakfast was lovely - great variety and freshness. We really cannot fault our stay.

I greatly enjoyed my time at the hotel and I look forward to returning to Frankfurt soon.

The furniture and room size is awesome. Breakfast was excellent. The staff at the front desk and the bar were very respectful, helpful, pleasant, and professional. The location is excellent and very convenient to restaurants, the HBF, stores.

Speaking on room 608, the sofa bed, ottoman, and sofa pillows seemed a little worn. The pillows were a little too dense, as if someone removed some of the material inside of the pillows. In my opinion as a well traveled guest, I recommand replacing the bed pillows, sofa bed, sofa bed pillows, and the ottomon within the next 365 days if possible. In no way did my furniture observation take away from the enjoyment and comfortability of my stay and my desire to return and have the privilege of being a guest again.

The location is great, easy access to opera house and river. We had a room on upper floor with a great view over the city.
