the grounds of the property are really, truly lovely; we brought our dog, and there was lots of space for him to explore and roam around and enjoy, in addition to great patio and lovely views. the staff is just lovely, and very helpful; really, they couldn’t be nicer, honestly, as is so wonderfully typical of great service in Switzerland. the physical plant is good, if not great, and overall the hotel has surely seen better days, while the room renovations are a bit “hip,” such as no real closet or storage space but, instead, Ikea, open-storage-installations.

Amazing views from the room window and the terrace. The room was nice and clean. It was just extremely hot in the room because of the warm summer days and no air-con. Nevertheless the view was incredible.

This hotel provides free ticket to use train and buses!! We did not know that until AFTER. My boyfriend and I walked in the morning before check-in to ask about parking and the gentleman working there did not tell us about the vouchers. We could have saved so much money! The woman working at the front desk named Reem Patwan provided incredible customer service, thank you again. Beautiful view of the lake. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Parking was free and plentiful. The woman working at the bar with short white hair was extremely rude, she yelled at us for bringing outside food in front of many people who were sitting out at the terrace. So customer service is hit or miss at this place. Other than that, not bad for the price and location is good.

The hotel was nice suited, the view was majestic. The rooms were very clean but the beds were small. We would definitely come back netx time but then a bigger room. The only thing what was strange , on Sunday the restaurant was cloesd :-(

Beautiful location, very pleasant and friendly staff, breakfast was expensive at 20 Swiss Francs but everything in Switzerland is expensive. The free to use bikes is a lovely extra. A village clock chimes on the half hour and hour - it may disturb light sleepers, I dont know if it carries on all night.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. It has an amazing view of the lake, their bar/restaurant has huge windows so everywhere you go there is a gorgeous view. The rooms were just refurbished so everything was brand new. The dinner at their restaurant was great. It did help to have a car.

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay at Hotel du Leman any more. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the location convenient. Our room had a large balcony with comfortable furniture overlooking the lake....very peaceful and relaxing! The hotel restaurant had a wonderful view, and the grounds offered a variety of places to sit an relax. We were also pleased to find ample free parking on site. Everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

Ideally located at 10' drive from Vevey centre, the hotel has a magnificent view on the lake. Terrace and restaurant are very nice as are the rooms without not as stylish as the rest. Breakfast is very good. Good value for money.

Arrived quite late in the evening. A really nice man carried my bag for me and offered me a glass of water. I was upgraded to a great room and everyone is super nice. Great food in the restaurant too. The chef came out personally to explain something to me as I have a special diet. Highly recommended.
