Staff was amazing. Check in was easy. They are doing some renovating, so expected debris was in a few halls. Room was very clean. Breakfast was great, better than most hotels. Only complaint, which isn't too bad, is the blankets and sheets had a strong chemical/bleach smell

I was & I am very disappointed about the pool being closed. Their website says nice, heated indoor pool. I came in town intentionally to celebrate my Grandaughter birthday, so all my babbies van swim & we all have a enjoyable time. I find out later into my stay that pool is closed for renovation. I would not had chosen this hotel if I knew their swimming pool wasn't accessible.I don't understand why its not stated on the website, WHY?! I'M VERY DISPLEASED WITH MY STAY!!!

Pool had dirt on the bottom but we still went in and ejoyed the heat! Room was excellent other than noise in hallways with doors slamming, talking and barking animals when people came to rooms during the evening. staff was very friendly and helpful. REAL break food was a treat and not just lousy "continental". Will recommend to others.

Hotel under renovation. Got a room on the 4th floor that was recently renovated and the rooms are great. Breakfast could have been better. 2 of the 4 hot food items ran out an hour before the breakfast timing.

We have stayed here several times over the years without any issues. This was actually the 3rd year straight so I’m very familiar with the place. While the staff was beyond great and helpful there were issues in the rooms we had. While I can’t say enough good things about the helpful staff and their willingness to go above and beyond to fix the issues I also will not be staying there again. The problem is the property needs work. The 4th floor has been renovated and is fine so request that floor if possible.

The sheet had blood stains on them and when we called to request the sheets to be replaced. We was told the the room service was closed and the ground keeper had to bring them up. He stated that he did not know how to make beds so he left them thrown on. We had to wait two days for clean towels and body wash to be replaced. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I love the room layout. We got the 2 bedrooms. However, it was not entirely clean. I found some hair on the floor in multiple places. Furniture is really old. It has better price that other place on the football weekend.

Very disappointed. Outdated. Initially, I was booked for room 210, which was very beat up, dirty, and had clothing items from the previous customers. When I asked the front desk, they moved me quickly to room 411, which was in slightly better condition but still not the cleanest. Overall the facility is very dated and worn out. I wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel was in the process of renovating. BUT the new updated rooms are wonderful. It was clean, large rooms, and friendly staff. The hotel complimentary breakfast far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend.

This was the first leg of our trip. We were pleasantly SURPRISED how tasty and varied the breakfast was. I wanted to have more than I needed. Good thing we were there three nights so I could (eventually) enjoy it all! Room comfy. Service great. Friendly and accommodating staff. (Hubby is GF) Second leg was at the Aria in Las Vegas. This was an invitation we couldn’t turn down because we were told the Arai is a luxury hotel. Okay. I’ll go there on the way home for a free two night stay. Luxury? VERY disappointed, considering I’d just stayed at the Residence. Hair in the shower. Dirty sink. TV remote didn’t work. The fancy electronic curtains worked sporadically. Really? No thank you. I’d stay at the Residence every time before I’d stay at the aria again. Kudos to you.
