I didn’t like that they didn’t give me the room I was supposed to be in ! The room was smaller than expected ! Am I baby wanted to swim in the morning in the pool was out of service !

The floors were sticky…we found a wet towel in the bathroom folded as if it wasn’t used.

The room rate was misleading…rates said $159 per night…but Friday and Saturday up charging surged the price to $259 for Friday and $334 for Saturday…know I should have paid better attention.

Wedding disaster!

The staff was very helpful.

They didn’t have my rooms available so I had to get two different rooms. It was my wedding weekend and my bridal party was with me.

Our stay was relaxing and peaceful plus quiet.

Breakfast was great never had to go out and eat for breakfast. Location was great stores were closed some were in walking distance. The hotel was in a good location so family could stop by and visit.

Our room was nice but we found out there was a drip in the room so the rug next to the window was soak and wet we informed the desk when we checked out.

Wedding day party

The property is being remodeled there was a lot of construction going on at the hotel, but the rooms were beautiful brand new the doors to the hotel room stuck from maybe the paint but the rooms were amazing

The construction that was going on on the floor, but there was no noise. I really didn’t know there was construction going on until you got off the elevator and you saw the men working in the hallway in the rooms, but there was no noise.

Room service didn’t clean completely. Towels not replaced. Sheets not replaced. Dirty towels left. Always had to ask for room service. It was never done while we were away

I was told we were going to get house keeping every other day by front desk staff which was not true. We got housekeeping once in 6 days. We had to get our own towels etc. There is a recliner in the room but the foot does not raise up what is the point.

I liked the studio setup. It had everything you could possibly need. The bed was comfortable.

It was obvious that it wasn’t cleaned in a while. The microwave was splattered with sauce. The couch and chair were badly stained and the bathroom and closet door mirrors had stains from people grooming themselves. Heavy dust in corners of the rooms and furniture. Didn’t make me feel comfortable placing any personal items on surfaces.

location very convenient to Pitt without the high price of staying in the city. sheetz right next door made it easy to step out for coffee or snacks at any hour. king suite with kitchenette was perfect for traveling when we wanted comfort beyond a traditional hotel and options to bring back food when we didn’t want to eat out.

the mattress could be more comfortable and the shower did not have a liner, just the cloth curtain. also the bathroom fan was always running so we had to shut the door when sleeping to cut down the noise
