Everything was great but th breakfast offered needed a bit more variety. The staff was super friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were clean and got fresh towels every day. I would recommend this place to friends and familyz

Very good staff. Room roof shower not working but the handheld shower is working. The towel heater rack not working. It's in between season so the heater for the whole floor or buidling is on, so room stuffy. Need to open balcony door to sleep but it faces the back of residential properties. Staff kindly provided a fan for us. If not particular it's fine. Perfect location for visiting St Peter's Basilica and Vatican Museum as these 2 venues are forever having super long queues so staying here means you can walk 5~8 min to join the queue early in the morning!

Great stay with friends! Excellent location if you want to be close to Vatican and St Peter’s Basilica. Along a pedestrian street with shops and dining so safe. Only comment is the shower not very strong water flow but not a big deal..just longer showers. Good continental breakfast.

This is the hotel to stay at if you are visiting Rome. Perfect location, just steps away from the Vatican. The staff is very pleasant, helpful and attentive. If I ever get back to Rome, I will definitely be booking this hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, excellent instructions to enter building. Comfy beds. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was not great- no fruit, no cheese. Poor quality croissants and breads compared to our other hotels. Ran out of hot water in shower last two days.

Loved the location, very close to the Vatican (walking distance). Staff was great and being able to order breakfast as part of the accommodation was wonderful too. (I really liked the yogurt with granola). The reason for 4 stars though instead of 5, is that the building is old and there seemed to be issues with the plumbing. The floor in the bathroom would get very wet, and it wasn't clear if it was coming from the toilet or the shower. (Sometimes the toilet would run).

We enjoyed our stay at San Pietro Grand Suite. They communicated ahead of time with us through what's app to ensure a smooth check in process. They were accommodating when we needed an earlier breakfast time and they were happy to answer any questions. We also enjoyed the location which was out of the busiest parts of the city center, but still within walking distance to many important locations (very close to Vatican.) The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and provided everything we needed for a good stay.

Very disappointed not really a hotel more of a rent a room. No resturant the elevator only holds 1 person and 1 suitcase. Plus takes for ever for it to come to 1st floor. The guy at the entrance supposedly worked there but totally ignored us while we looked for some sign of the hotel. We ended up asking someone that lived on the 2nd floor of the building. So not waste your money!

The hotel itself is very close to a lot of things, shops, dining, transportation and alot of things. The staff that assisted us were very attentive to our needs. We love the breakfast served right inside our room. The hotel was clean and we had a great stay.

The staff were excellent, they are all really nice. Especially Paulo, he was very kind and helpful, he even helped us book a taxi to the airport when we couldn’t find one. Room looked just like in the photos. They serve breakfast and every morning right on the time you request. On our last day we had to leave before 8:00am, and they were kind enough to give us coffee machine and some snacks the day before. Overall, very nice place and its walkable distance from Vatican City!
