Could hear others locking and unlocking their doors so was a little on edge as sounded like my door at times.

The location is extremely convenient. Nearby from the Saint Peter basilica and a metro station and many shops to eat or buy. Clean room, and bathroom.
Was definitely an issue with the water, it was hard to regulate it so I basically showered with very cold water. Very unpleasant. And there was an odour coming from the sewer in the bathroom. Also the windows are not entirely sound proof after you close them.

Nice location, very close to Vatican and st pietro.
Nice room, very soft bed (it was pretty comfortable for us, though may not be for others)
Good wifi.
Nice staff, also available on phone.
It wasn't so clean.
Shower has problems, paint is peeling, mold, water doesn't drain properly, causing a mini bath until water is pouring out...
No Kettle with tea, it could be a great addition
