    From receptionist to housekepping to all the hotel staffs, excellent service and cleanliness is superb. As a mariott hotel member we got a complimentary bed for the kids. Will sure to be back when i m in kl… breakfast was good with freshness…

    Here’s a more polished and professional version of your review: I’m staying at Room 1906, and unfortunately the overall experience was below expectations for a family stay. The lift service was very slow as only one lift per pillar was operating while the others were not activated. This caused long waiting times, especially during peak hours. The bathroom middle shower was not functioning; only the upper shower was working with very low water pressure. In addition, the toilet area had no proper door lock, as the sliding door could easily open from outside, making it uncomfortable and lacking privacy, especially for families with kids. During breakfast, the atmosphere was pleasant and there were many food selections available. However, honestly, most of the food lacked taste. Even the omelette and noodles were dry. One positive point was the coffee, which was freshly prepared upon request, although the waiting time could sometimes be quite long due to the queue. Overall, for a family vacation or staycation, this hotel is unfortunately not really recommended.
