    the worst customer experience i ever had. I firstly only booked for 1 night, but a week before i already asked the resort that i want to extend my stay and they are okay with it and asked me to to just inform the receptionist during check in. During check in when i inform the staff i want to extend, the staff said the resort alredy fully booked and i nned to get another room for more than the price of the original room.

    Old, poorly maintained. First impression was the strong musty smell and stained cushions, old furniture (see pics). Instant regret. The mattress was hard, I couldn’t really sleep. The location is excellent, adjacent to Sunway pyramid mall. But there’s no lobby..not even a desk. Only 1 staff hiding under the stairs, a foreign worker with basic Malay/English. Won’t be staying here again.
