    Surrounding hotel got so many drinking places and many restaurants and convenient stores…happy to stayed there.

    With the brand name and money paid for, it’s a disappointment. First, the noise insulation is not good that outside traffic was disturbing so don’t expect a good sleep. Secondly, the shower screen is not designed well that you would expect a wet floor just outside the shower. Last but not least, room was not made up when I got back around 3.20pm despite leaving at 9am in the morning.

    I would generally consider this hotel above average in many respects, which is why I decided to return for a second visit. However, after staying here twice, I experienced recurring issues that unfortunately made it difficult to get a good night's rest. On both occasions, I was assigned a room facing the super busy main road. The traffic noise from motor vehicles was quite loud and continued well past midnight, making it very hard to fall asleep. Additionally, the quality of the bedding was disappointing. The bedsheets felt rough and had pilling (床单起毛), to the point where I felt uncomfortable and had to lay my own clean clothes over the sheet just to sleep peacefully. It is a nice hotel overall, but better soundproofing/room allocation for returning guests and an upgrade to the bed linen quality would go a long way in improving the experience.
