    Hotel environment & facilities is great. Taken some time to check in as rooms upgrading works are going on on certain floors. Free parking is provided free though I have to go through a few rounds to find a vacant lot. But the location was very strategic with lots of eateries outlets and banks just around the corner which works out very well for me.

    I booked Four Points for my recent business trip again despite some issues during my last stay. However, this time, the room was freezing and I had to turn off my room AC because the thermostat or controls was not functioning at all. Also, the front desk staff seemed not familiar with the check in/out procedures and took much time to process, not just me, but all hotel guests. I hope the management would seriously take action to rectify the shortfall.
