I like the bright LED mirror which is useful for doing makeup. Shower is nice too.
There was shampoo but no soap provided.

The location is great!! Only minutes walk to Sunway Mall.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable!
The A/C is phenomenal
Basic necessities could be expected.
The TV "is" always "broken!!" (and this is my 3rd stay)
The water heater isn't working properly always
The refrigerator is also not cool enough to store some medications and it's NOT adjustable whatsoever.
So if all these factors are left out (as broken and what not) then it's not as great value as it's supposed to be.

The location was a good walking distance to Sunway Pyramid/Lagoon.
The bed was alright. Budget worthy for lone travelers.
The room was quite small for 2 people.
No answer when i tried to call twice; at least give a notification on the time if staff is available or not.
Had to grab the iron board from their office? It's great that its available but it's better to have people be informed if they should take the items from their office self-service or something.
