Courteous staff members and fantastic location. However, toilet seat and toilet equipment are a tad too old. Time to refurbish

Great service, and excellent hotel. All the staff were helpful from people to help with luggage, reception and house keeping. Good location great room. Only negative is breakfast - provided by third party restaurant in the attached mall. It was ok, staff there were very helpful, not perhaps quality that I would expect from an otherwise excellent place.

As always, I had a warm welcome from Siti and Yana at the reception. Always familiar and friendly faces. As usual, stepping into Somerset Uptown Damansara feels like a home away from home. Right next to Starling Mall with plenty of food choices, retail and cinema. Asked for my previous room in my last visit and Siti was very obliging and professional. Will continue to patronize this hotel for years to come.
