A good staycation hotel.

Excellent stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great service, and a comfortable atmosphere. Everything exceeded my expectations. Will definitely stay here again!

The rooms are nice for an overnight stay. The pool however is overcrowded with kids running everywhere and crowd on all the seatings. The noise starts from 8am till 6pm. Dont recommend if you are looking for a relaxing weekend by the pool.

Went for a staycation for my husband’s birthday, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing from moment we checked in. I’ve requested for a simple birthday decoration through Agoda customer service chat but there was some miscommunications and the receptionists said they did not receive any request from third party Agoda. I told them I will only be back after 3 hours and they would still have ample of time to prepare for me. However, two of the front office staff were obviously not well-trained to handle sudden requests like this and they said they wouldn’t be able to fulfil it. Well, the least they could do is at least just prepare a slice of cake with a simple “Happy Birthday” wish. Even that, they said they can only deliver the cake next morning, which is totally absurd coming from a 5-star hotel. How difficult could it be to just prepare a simple piece of cake? They couldn’t even do it on that day itself. The next morning, I had to ask them again about the cake which I think they totally forgot. They said it could only be delivered at around 10am but I told them that my husband has to rush to work. Only then they said they will try to send by 9am. I brought the issue up to a higher level staff, Ms Bella. She apologized and asked me to fill up a feedback form so that they can improve but she didn’t offer any form of compensation until I voiced up. After discussion with another colleague, she finally offered me a later check-out plus free upgrade room for my next stay but I won’t be checking out late so I requested for complimentary breakfast instead. On top of this, there was water leakage from the sides of the shower head which we ended up fixing it ourselves. The TV couldn’t work either but luckily, their maintenance team manager to fix it for us. Overall, we are disappointed with the stay. The hotel should improve on staff training to ensure the front line staff are able to handle customer requests and complaints efficiently. This is not acceptable for a 5-star hotel. Hopefully they would fulfil their promise to provide free upgrade during our next stay and hope to see improvements from them by that time.
